Transport Partners — bespoke package
We welcome the opportunity to work with transport providers - coach operators, airlines, rail companies, and public transport providers - to create bespoke partnership packages tailored to what you can offer, whether that's an in-kind contribution, a discounted rate, or another form of added value for delegates.
Potential areas of collaboration:
- supporting delegate travel to/from the venue, or the fam trip programme
- offering discounted fares or booking codes for delegates
- providing shuttle services between transport hubs and the venue
In recognition of your support, we can offer branding and visibility opportunities which may include stand space, signage, logo placement, and inclusion in delegate travel information - shaped around your contribution.
